This week has been a bit harder to keep on track, so I am posting my starting pictures and my week three pictures, just to remind myself how far I have come
Week 3-

Starting Pictures-
I can see a difference, especially with the front view picture. I feel like my stomach has gone down a bit and my face looks smaller. Also I feel like my shoulders have narrowed a bit. I have lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks, nine of those pound in the last 2 weeks. It's hard when you feel like the scale isn't showing you the results you want, but I know I am eating healthier, working out, and getting fitter. I can keep going and I am proud of all my accomplishments!!!!
